I have been a Producer for the past four years with Rooster Teeth. In my time with the company, I have created and lead two entirely new departments, added significant efficiencies to our animation pipeline, and assisted in leading a company-wide effort to complete eradicate "crunch" (when animation staff work significant overtime to complete a project).
